SaudiKad ERP
End-to-end enterprise automation for an international construction company in Saudi Arabia — covering employee hiring, inventory management, and 6 of 10 major modules already in production.

Project Overview
SaudiKad ERP is a bespoke enterprise resource planning system built exclusively for SaudiKad, a major international construction firm operating across Saudi Arabia. This ambitious project aims to digitize and automate every facet of the company's operations—from human resource management and attendance tracking through to financial accounting, inventory control, and project management. Stellar Technologies has architected a modular system where each business function operates as an independent yet interconnected module, allowing phased deployment without disrupting ongoing operations. Six of the ten planned modules are already live in production, processing thousands of transactions daily across multiple project sites. The system handles everything from employee onboarding paperwork and biometric attendance records to purchase orders, material requisitions, and comprehensive financial reporting through a custom chart of accounts.
The Challenge
SaudiKad's operations spanned multiple construction sites across Saudi Arabia, each generating mountains of paperwork for HR, procurement, inventory, and finance. Manual processes led to delayed salary disbursements, inventory shortages at critical project phases, and financial reporting that was always weeks behind reality. The company needed a unified digital platform that could handle the complexity of construction operations while remaining accessible to workers with varying levels of technical literacy.
Our Approach
We adopted an agile delivery model, prioritizing modules based on operational urgency. HR and attendance modules were delivered first to address immediate pain points in workforce management. Each module was designed with a clean, intuitive jQuery-powered interface that minimized training requirements. RESTful APIs ensured that data flowed seamlessly between modules.
The Solution
The ERP system comprises ten specialized modules: HRM, attendance management, chart of accounts, voucher management, inventory control, procurement, project costing, payroll, asset management, and executive reporting. Each module features role-based access control, audit trails, and Arabic language support. The MySQL database schema was designed for multi-site operations with data partitioning for performance.
